Jeff Luther

General Contractor and President


An Abilene native, Jeff entered the construction industry in high school and later started his own company in 1976.

His years of experience include a broad range of project types. In addition to designing and building custom homes, Jeff has found great success in residential remodeling and historical preservation. Jeff also applies his construction expertise to a wide variety of commercial projects including educational, office, medical, hospitality and religious facilities.

Jeff has provided exceptional leadership, serving as Past President in the West Texas Association of General Contractors. Other affiliations have included, being members of the Historical Landmarks Commission and the Planning and Zoning Commission of Abilene, TX.

Bryan Holamon

Project Manager


Bryan was born and raised in Abilene and has worked with Jeff Luther Construction since 2004. He has field experience as a Superintendant on residential and commercial projects. He is currently a Residential Project Manager. His responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, quality control and client relations. Bryan strives to maintain a long working relationship with every client.

David Keesee

Project Manager


David has spent 30+ years in the commercial construction industry, where he has served as Project Manager, Construction Superintendant, and Project Estimator. He has applied his field management knowledge to numerous local projects over the years, including the Hendrick's Cancer and Trauma Centers, Abilene Christian University’s Brown Library, Abilene Bookstore renovation and Everman Park.

Julianna Nickson

Chief Financial Officer


Julianna Nickson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Jeff Luther Construction. She received her Bachelor and Masters degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University. Julianna joined the Jeff Luther Construction team in 2005. She works to manage the company’s financing transaction, financial analysis, administrative process compliance and improvement.

Tollie Henry

Administrative Assistant


Tollie Henry has been with Jeff Luther Construction as Administrative Assistant for 15 years. She manages accounts payable and receivable files, payroll, all project files and contracts. Tollie brings 35 years of experience and a positive attitude to her work.

DonMark Nickson

Project Manager


DonMark came to Abilene in 2000 to attend school at Abilene Christian University. He graduated in 2004 with his degree in Business Management and has been in the field of contracting and supervision ever since. DonMark join Jeff Luther Construction in 2012. As project manager his duties will include: estimating, scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and client relations. DonMark’s goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every project.

Lance Johnson

Project Manager


Lance is an Abilene native. He is an Honors graduate from Hardin Simmons University, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Design. He has years of experience in design and remodeling before joining Jeff Luther Construction in 2011. His responsibilities include customer consultation, space planning, construction documentation, residential project management, estimating, and client relations. Lance has an honest direct approach with clients to achieve the highest level of quality for each project.
